Shipping Policy

How orders are fulfilled and shipped, and what to expect for processing and tracking.

1. How Fulfillment Works

RevHealth is not a same-day retail warehouse. Some products are fulfilled through pharmacy or partner fulfillment channels. These partners prioritize quality, compliance, and accurate preparation over instant consumer-style tracking updates.

2. Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before tracking is available.

Some packages may already be moving before tracking is uploaded to your account, so a delay in tracking updates does not mean your order has not shipped.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships and tracking is uploaded, we will send a tracking link by email and text.

Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not update in real time. Scans can lag behind a package's actual movement.

4. Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, carrier delays, fulfillment volume, or external circumstances.

Revitalized Health is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
