Marof Montanary is a 29-year-old IFBB professional bodybuilder and coach whose strongest area is the weight-loss journey, for both men and women.
In his second season as a pro he took third place at the Chicago Pro and third place at the Tampa Pro.
As a coach he is most confident working on gut health and getting dads and moms into shape. He also specialises in competition athletes, and takes pride in bringing them to perform at the highest level.
He currently coaches under Precision Elite, run by Will Sage, which continues to sharpen his own standard as a coach. Away from the stage he travels to discover new food, particularly dishes original to the place he is in.
